At Ambi Jewelry, we’re committed to creating beautiful, safe, and high-quality jewelry you’ll love to wear. If something’s not right with your order, here’s how we can help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons only:

• You received an incorrect item (wrong product, size, or color)
• You received a defective or damaged item

To qualify, items must be:

• Unworn and in original condition
• In original packaging, with all tags and hygiene seals intact

We do not accept returns or exchanges if:

• You changed your mind or ordered the wrong size
• The item is not your style or preference
• The item has been worn or used
• Tarnishing has occurred due to wear or exposure
• The item is categorized as body modification jewelry (e.g., piercing jewelry, plugs, tunnels) for hygiene reasons

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene standards and safety, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Earrings, plugs, tunnels, and other body modification jewelry
• All items marked Final Sale or Clearance
• Gift cards

3. Returns Process

To request a return or exchange, contact us at support@ambi.ooo within 7 days of delivery. Include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos showing the item and packaging (for defects or errors)

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

4. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we sent a defective or incorrect item.
• We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not liable for lost return packages.

5. Refunds & Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (shipping costs are non-refundable).
• Exchanges will be shipped out within 5 business days via standard shipping.

You’ll be notified once your return is processed.

6. Materials & Allergies

We craft our jewelry using the following materials:

• 925 Sterling Silver – for earrings and ear cuffs
• Titanium or 14k Solid Gold – for all body modification and piercing jewelry
