We stand by the quality of our jewelry. If something’s wrong, we’ll make it right.

1-year Coverage

Every item you purchase comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. You don’t need to register — it’s automatically applied. Just keep your order number or receipt as proof in case you ever need to use it.


What’s Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only — issues caused by how the piece was made.

These include:

  • Misaligned flatback stud posts or flatback stud earrings that can't be properly tightened
  • Visible cracks or fractures on the outer surfaces of stones
  • Clasps, hinges, or closures that don’t function properly
  • Posts or components that detach due to faulty construction
  • Mismatched or uneven pairs (in size, shape, or finish)
  • Stones or decorative elements falling out due to improper setting
  • Toolkits that arrive damaged, incomplete, or non-functional

If your item arrives with any of these issues — or develops them within the first year — we’ll replace it.


What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover issues caused by daily use or improper care. These include:

  • Tarnishing, scratches, fading, or natural wear over time
  • Accidental damage from drops, pressure, or improper removal
  • Loss or theft of jewelry or parts
  • Sizing or style changes (e.g. asking for a different color or size)
  • Damage from third-party alterations or unauthorised repairs
  • Claims made outside the 1-year period
  • Missing proof of purchase or photo evidence

Please note: These are not considered defects and aren’t eligible for replacement or repair under warranty.


Making a Warranty Claim

If something’s not right:

1. Email our customer service team with:

    • Your order number
    • Clear photos or videos of the issue

2. Our Quality Control team will review the claim

3. If approved, we’ll replace the same item — no substitutions

4. You’re eligible for a one-time exchange if the item is defective

5. Replacements are covered by a new 1-year warranty from the replacement’s purchase date

Refunds may be offered on a case-by-case basis.


Returns & Shipping

In some cases, we may ask you to return the original item. Return eligibility depends on the material and value:

  • Returnable: 14K gold and medium–large 925 silver pieces
  • Usually not returnable: Titanium and smaller 925 styles

We may also request returns for recycling depending on the item and issue.

Shipping costs will be handled based on the return case and product type — we’ll let you know what applies once your claim is reviewed.


For Toolkit Issues

If your toolkit is missing parts or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us immediately — we’ll send a replacement or the missing components
  • Toolkits are covered under the same 1-year manufacturing warranty

Warranty Positioning

Issues caused by daily use or improper care are not considered defects and aren’t eligible for replacement or repair under warranty. We’ll always be transparent: If your claim is denied, we’ll explain why.
