Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide. If your country isn’t available at checkout, contact us at support@ambi.ooo and we’ll try to help.
Shipping Locations
We fulfill orders from our main warehouse located in Singapore, with additional regional support to ensure smooth delivery.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Delivery: 4–12 business days
- Express Delivery (where available): 3–6 business days
Please note: delivery estimates may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or seasonal volume.
Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping is free on orders of US$90+ in the U.S. and Singapore.

Express Shipping is free on orders of US$250+ in the U.S. only, and free on orders of US$160+ for the rest of the world.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes. These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid by the customer upon delivery. Ambi Jewelry is not responsible for any customs-related delays.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow additional processing time during peak seasons or promotional periods.
Tracking Your Order
All orders include tracking. A link will be emailed to you once your package is dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal to pay customs fees, we can resend it upon request. Additional shipping fees will apply. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
