Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method. We offer free Express shipping on orders over $250 USD.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. Ambi Jewelry is not liable for delays caused by customs.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
During busy periods (holiday seasons, launches, sales), processing may take slightly longer.
Tracking Your Order
All shipments include tracking. A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update upon dispatch.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal to pay customs duties, you will be responsible for any re-shipping fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
